      +Majority of people (not all) are intelligent and good to work with +Exposure to various industries and rules/regs +Good IT support +Good benefits

      Cons

      -Culture can vary widely between practices - from frat house to hipsters. Usually more frat than hip. -Management competency varies widely at senior levels -Too much emphasis on facetime with client, resulting in significant work travel.

      The people are the best reason. We have great benefits and management really cares about the development of its people.

      Cons

      Travel can be difficult and hours sometimes long. The company is still growing and developing new policies and proceedures which can change.
