      Pros

      Some of the more senior managers are incredibly sharp and taught me a lot that I didn't appreciate until I was in later positions. They definitely are incredibly professional and I appreciated the feedback and advice I received from my mentor!

      Cons

      I had an incredibly hard time relating to any of my co-workers who were in the same age range. I got along reasonably well with the older folks. The work was boring as hell, but I think that's more a reflection upon myself than anything else.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, pleasant work environment, management appreciates employees. Many times, management buys lunch or dinner. Vending machines with drinks and snacks are subsidized so drinks are only $.30 and snacks under $.50!

      Cons

      Lower than average salary. No real benefits. Sometimes communication is not consistent and does not reach all employees
