      Projects had high visibility with client and client satisfaction was a high priority

      Cons

      Communication of information and knowledge sharing was extremely disappointing and lack of appreciation for work performed by consultants in field.

      Pros

      - strong focus on professional development, lots of feedback - strong new hire training program and on the job training for healthcare employees (have heard this is lacking for new hires in other areas of the company however) - intelligent, friendly consultants, great culture on stockamp field teams

      Cons

      - compensation is not matching the market, salaries are not competitive (although HR has said otherwise) - company culture hot topic of late, corporate identity crisis?
