      The brave, the few but not too proud co-workers.

      Cons

      A culture of CYA. Absolutely zero business management by the leadership. Instead of measuring success through long-term value creation or market positioning, the daily pulse is dictated by endless reports, arbitrary, short-term financial KPIs. Absolutely Zero knowledge of the consulting market.

      Good onboarding experience, some coaches are dedicated to professional development and there are some great practice and project leaders

      Cons

      High risk of being pigeonholed into certain roles, technologies, or projects if you show aptitude in something. Will be difficult to pivot out of that while remaining utilized. Also some leaders who are seriously out of touch or have faked it til they made it
