Pros

The people you will work with here are are all very friendly and promote learning and growth. Most people work around 45 hour work weeks but the work is not draining. You will have a large amount of visibility at Husco and ability to take control over interesting projects. I have worked for Husco for a couple of years and worked on several projects from conception to production.

Cons

Upward mobility and low pay are constraints.
