      - exciting period of growth which brings learning and professional development - supportive management team - invested in employee culture - invested in employee development - promotes autonomy, ingenuity, creative problem solving / improvements, cross functional collaboration and global team work - fast paced, busy work environment that gives great job satisfaction and days fly by - excellent, friendly, talented, knowledgable colleagues that make a well stocked and reliable wider team of peers at various levels within the business - committed to continual improvement which can be driven at any level - great employee policies to ensure welfare of employees is at the forefront of the culture and from what I’ve seen, this is driven from the top down - open door policy to help foster the right culture
