Pros
Management is transparent on the direction of the company and every employee is welcome to discuss their views. Employees are encouraged to innovate and are rewarded when an idea metamorphosis into a product. Managements does a good job of providing all the necessary tools to make work easier to accomplish. Aside the usual benefits such as 401K, Health, they also provide 100% tuition reimbursement, and offer every employee the opportunity to develop their potential. There is also a 2-week paid parental leave, team outings and Wellness programs, but what I most like is the last week in December when the company shuts down to give everyone the opportunity to spend time with family.
Cons
The company needs to work hard on its culture of inclusion as it's less diversified compared to other places I have worked. The lab have tool boxes but are mostly empty as employees do not return tools after using them. More time is therefore spent finding tools than doing the actually job.
