5yThank you for your feedback, however I'm sorry to hear you feel that way. With the unanticipated global impact of COVID-19 on our organization, we implemented multiple cost-savings measures prior to laying off employees. This was not an easy decision and every attempt was made to minimize the number of employees impacted, but did include technicians, engineers, and corporate support staff.
