Pros

HUSCO has been a great place to work. I've been challenged and stretched more than I thought I would be. It's difficult to be pushed outside of my comfort zone, but at the same time, I've grown as a professional and as a person more than I expected. So if you want a place to work where you're not just 'dialing it in' every day, it's a good place to work.

Cons

The culture is changing because we're growing so quickly. This can be hard but I think the company has the right people in the leadership positions to help the organization stabilize.

Pros

Nice place to work. People are very motivated to perform and get the job done. Employees are supportive of each other and willing to help out when needed. And we like to have a little fun! It's great to see all the awards the we're receiving from customers and in the area.

Cons

We're going through some growth pains. I think we're growing faster than we can handle, which I guess is a really good problem to have.

Pros

The business has been one of the most successful growth stories in the state; it is progressive in that it is adding new products, technology, customers, etc. in a fast paced, competitive industry and as an engineer you get exposure to all aspects of the business. If you have an issue you can walk into any managers office to discuss and resolve - I never had any problems or concerns that I could not walk into my managers office and discuss openly; compensation is competitive and when I left for personal family reasons my new employer (A large fortune 500 company out of State) was impressed at my salary / bonus levels. Performance and results are definitely recognized.

Cons

It is a demanding environment with expectations that you can and will get a job done; not the place to go if you can't take the demands of auto industry or only interested in finding a 8 to 5 job and clock your life away....you learn a lot and get really good at being responsive to highest demands for design reliability and quality while getting exposed to all areas of the business - definitely a plus if you do have to go out and get a new job for whatever reason
