      The worst work culture and controling management who bully employees. Bad politics at senior level and no company vision.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay, and culture. Very fast paced and are rewarded for hard work, not for people who just want to stay still. Plenty of opportunities to learn including in-house classes for hydraulic, electronic, and robotic systems. Plenty of work to go around.

      Cons

      Days can be tough and deadlines can be tight so be prepared to work. Again not a job for people who are happy doing mindless work. A drive to keep learning would be valued at HUSCO.

      Pros

      Fast paced, growing company. Transparent leadership with new initiatives and policies, especially during global pandemic

      Cons

      The culture is toxic. Different groups don’t work well together. Constantly blaming other groups for their problems. Division between OH and Auto to a point where they seem to hate each other for where they work. Benefits are okay, pay is lower than elsewhere.
