      Hard working employees, International company with family values, You can walk down the hall and talk to company leaders, good work-life balance, quality facilities, quality products, work with well-known customers

      Cons

      It is hard to move up in the company unless people move companies or more growth occurs. The benefits are average.

      People - passionate about their profession and making an impact. People are fun and majority are really strong in their fields, motivating work force. Responsibility - Growing company with small company atmosphere, lots of individual ownership Constantly trying to innovate and be a market leader

      Pros

      Family atmosphere. Employees able to contribute as much as they can handle. Private company (thankfully) missing the bureaucracy of larger public companies. Strongly committed to giving back and improving the local communities where facilities are.

      Cons

      Sky high expectations, especially for key employees. Lack of global vision and process thinking causes inefficiency and frustration.
