      Pros

      Working at Husco stimulates personal and professional growth regularly. It's staffed by motivated and driven individuals across every job function, which makes it both challenging and rewarding to work here. Husco also encourages the use of new technology to overcome historically unsolvable or difficult problems. There is no fear to try something if there is a calculated reason behind taking the risk.

      Cons

      Employees salaries don't change each year to reflect rising inflation, which is challenging. Yearly bonuses help, but tend not to make up for the increased cost of living over the last year.

      Husco looks for a range of skill sets and this creates a lot of opportunity for team members to find their fit and grow in their specialty or to experience range across the company. We tend to operate as extensions of our customers so our breadth in the industry is really exciting and creates a lot value for our customers and our team mates.

      Cons

      It's a high paced innovative environment, customer requests change and while that can be frustrated those that can adapt to that type of environment can have a really successful career at Husco.

      Pros

      Husco does a good job of challenging its employees with good amounts of work, especially on the Off-Highway side of the business. Also, Husco has done well creating and maintaining a consistent culture of innovation, community give back, and hard work.

      Cons

      The pay has been something I have had to fight for to stay competitive in the market, though they have been receptive to those conversations. There is not a ton of work from home flexibility, though they do allow for 1 day a week from home.
