Pros

Nice people, pleasant environment, management is generally good at stating goals and expectations, companies appears to promote from within and does support employee advancement

Cons

Company should be more proactive and less reactive. Management decisions seem to revolve around solving the latest problem and not planning for the future effectively. Like most large organizations, changes in direction and method tend to follow the change in management

Pros

Nice hours, worked around a school schedule. Was given many opportunities to move up. Corporate offered me other jobs to also do during the summer.

Cons

Not enough sales targets or ways to enhance sales. Industry should be advancing with technology but they arent. Still using outdated software etc.
