Pros

Amazing team work, open door policy with management. Good work/family mix. Great benefits, and goal driven business units. Good communication.

Cons

not having office experience, and coming to the office with no experience (except field work laborer), mentorship I found to be difficult.

Pros

The money was pretty good, access to gym on site. Work reasonably challenging and the supervisors are general pretty nice.

Cons

Fast paced, big company so you only get to see one part of the financials in most cases. Not always upfront about expectations, don't set up to succeed that well.
