      Pending what business unit you work at , some leads and managers are not good at doing work but good at playing games.

      -Flexible work hours. -Good location. -Most of the people on the team where very understanding and helpful. - Unfair payscale.

      Cons

      -High stress environment that was not required. -Some people where not being managered properly. -No room for growth.
