Pros

A sincere, honest and visionary management that has the ability to inspire. Its management not only encourages its employees to grow and succeed professionally but keeps its eyes open to help out employees with personal needs and issues as well. An open-space work place concept with an open-door policy for employees to discuss any issues or concerns.

Cons

Close proximate living from office location where one can go home for lunch and get spoiled by wife's home made meal.
