Pros

Easy hours, lots of support, flexible schedule, they sponsored our Toastmasters club. They had a really nice office building. The people were very friendly and easy going. No one was uptight or pretentious. Oh, and they had an xbox in the lunch room. It was great. And always lots of free food after corporate events. And free mocha, lattes, cappuccinos etc...

Cons

I was the first direct report my boss had had, so it was a bit tough as they developed their understanding of how to be a good manager. I also think they lack support for their HOIMS initiative. People hardly know what it is or why it matters.

Pros

First off, I want to say that you shouldn't believe everything on here. There is a reason why certain individuals in the IS department has worked for years at Husky, been passed over for promotion, and continues to work at Husky. These are subpar employees who would never succeed at being contractors. Husky is forced to keep subpar talent because the superstars have enough work to keep themselves busy as contractors while getting paid a much higher rate. Pros: -Good pay -Open communication and great feedback from management -Very friendly management once you establish rapport with them

Cons

-Lack of structure and organization for cleaning up the existing issues
