- Encourage you to take your own initiative and lead projects. - Pay and benefits are good - Got to jump into work immediately after starting

Cons

- Orientation not that great - Some co workers are mediocre and / or complacent - Conservative attitude, no one goes out for coffee during work hours

Pros

Steady job that pays you. Not much more.

Cons

I am one of the IS fans. Not! Not sure how people get hired into senior positions without one job posting. The approach of the IS management is brutal. I am thinking the only people left are the weak. The good will be all gone. Low skill managers and the tyrant directors who are trying not to be mean because they think someone is watching them now. Once the lights go off the cockroaches come out again. I mean the IS leadership

Good people, awesome regular customers, great hours as they stayed consistent every week, good vacation time, great owners, good bonuses

Cons

Not enough challenge, stopped giving raises after a certain point, not paid enough for added responsitbility
