Not alot of leadership training in the field, siloed business units, inconsistent standards across the company, poor performance management, restricted transfer opportunities.

There is a good benefits package and a flexible work environment. The company offers many opportunities for internal training. Pay is middle of the road.

Cons

My department transfers black and brown employees between jobs, but never up the ranks. The white employees are given promotions.
