Good pay and benefits, but poor management and culture
Pros
- Pay is good. - Benefits are good for the industry. - 4% 401k match, 100 percent, then another 2 percent is the company does good nationwide for a total of 6. - HSA. - Can have lots of work.
Cons
- Management sucks - Dispatcher sucks, really short-tempered - None in the office know what's going on - Can get really slow to like 20 hours a week - Management doesn't really care if you work late the night before, and will complain if you take off even though office personnel take every other day off without a word - No employee application at all, management took away all snacks - Extremely hard to get a raise, you need to go get a job offer - - Not much room for growth unless you want to be a service manager. - no work life balance - you will be overworked, and asked a lot to help out, and when you don't they will bring it up - no family culture between technicians and office personnel
