They are up on current technologies. Positions are available all over the United States. A great place to start your career. Commercial refrigeration is much better than residential A/C.

Cons

Sometimes the hours are long, especially when doing service and repair. You may need take control and direct your career. If you want to be in service and repair, or in construction installation.

“Back stabbing” culture from upper management. Very stressful place to work at

Good and hard working people on the manufacturing site. Employees will make effort to comply with company production requirements. If you work as a mid level manager, pay is decent.

Cons

Upper management at CRD & CIG are the worst I ever seen in my whole professional career, They don’t care about employees, production needs comes first. Abusive and threatening behavior from managers towards employees. Disrespectful courage, and the worst “back stabbing” culture from managers I had ever seen. There is always something going on behind doors. Very stressful place to work. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
