Offered introductory experience with exposure to solid modeling software and design practice.

Cons

The company did not seem to expect much from the interns. Lacked meaningful projects, many seemed to be busy work. Company culture did not seem inviting. Offered no housing help, which makes it difficult for interns who are not from the area.

Pros

Fellow employees were friendly and some were more than willing to teach you what they knew. Good learning environment. Company held classes for learning more about the way the product functions. Best thing I heard is that they cover tuition costs, however, I believe it is only for senior employees.

Cons

Completely disorganized when it came to keeping drawings and BOM's up to date. There were issues because of this such as guys on the floor not getting all of the correct pieces needed for the assemblies. It would then take time to get new parts made. I also faced discrimination there and unrelated to that, HR does not have your back.
