Pros

For a big company, it feels very personal. Every employee has the ability to have an impact, every day. Senior management really cares about the people, the company's reputation in the market is fantastic, and the results have been excellent for the last few years. I've worked in big companies for over 15 years. This is my favorite spot yet.

Cons

The only one I can think of is that it isn't in a "consumer facing" industry, so people haven't always heard of Hussmann. But, that's not a big deal.

Great Benefits. Some really hard workers.

Cons

Morale is horrible. Cut in hours, more work. Too much micro-managing. Some workers getting less work and others getting more than they can handle and no rewards. Layoff has already happened and people are quitting left and right due to extreme expectations.

Three weeks of vacation to start, great amount of holiday's, good health insurance, good salaries.

Cons

Stormy environment in terms of job security, not very good at communicating information to employees, and thinly stretched employees due to so many cuts in staff.
