Pretty good company to work for..

Friendly social co-workers .Multicultural workforce with many employees having spent most of their career here . Fairly easygoing workplace with decent pay and benefits. Company has seen a lot of growth over past couple years. People from lower positions can be promoted from within.

Cons

Some health and 401k benefits are being reduced. Seems to be going through some growing pains with issues managing projects/new initiatives .

Great team working there. Lots of seasoned veterans there that know what they're doing.

Cons

Management doesn't seem to care about the employees under them. They only care about the numbers and how they can succeed.
