Pros

No work- literally they’ll force you to do overtime without work. I sat 3 months on my desk with no work at all, and they keep hiring more

Cons

Unprofessionalism- Hussmann don’t value two weeks notice. They’ll ask you to leave instantly if you submit one. I experienced 2 incidents on my time being there. Weak management- supervisors don’t have any authority and work like other reps. Micromanagement- management is aware that there is no work for existing employees and they’ll still have weekly meetings to ask for progress on work.

-TOXIC work environment -ALOT of GOSSIP -No accountability from management -No change to "bad apples" in organization -Alot of pointing the fingers
