In general, most of employees are very dedicated to their jobs especially production operators.

Cons

-No growth opportunities within the company -Poor Leadership teams -No open communication channel; not willing to accept the suggestions/changes -Lots unexpected overtime

Don't use the Health Insurance too much and don't plan on getting anykind of real pay raise.

It used to be a real job but turned into just getting that paycheck

Cons

Too many managers and not enough workers. 1.5% pay raise if you are lucky, to many people in HR making life miserable.

Pros

Exposure to diversified co-workers, re-establishing commitment to employees through training. Brand is still considered a premiun product. Management has shown interest in the strengths and short-comings of the buisness, where under IR buisness practices were driven top down without regard for buisness needs until the practices would grind the process to a halt.

Cons

Short term gains are not weighed against long term losses. Cost saving measures not properly done harm the company through increased work, unsatisfied customers, and warranty claims.
