      Great people to work with and plenty of autonomy.

      Cons

      Very few days off. HR is more management than HR. Out of date processes and systems; everyone seems to agree on this but very little progress seems to be made and partly due to supported bureaucratic circles.

      They will do nothing about bullying even when they know and the bullies quiet quite and then blame you for lack of results.
