      No work- literally they’ll force you to do overtime without work. I sat 3 months on my desk with no work at all, and they keep hiring more

      Cons

      Unprofessionalism- Hussmann don’t value two weeks notice. They’ll ask you to leave instantly if you submit one. I experienced 2 incidents on my time being there. Weak management- supervisors don’t have any authority and work like other reps. Micromanagement- management is aware that there is no work for existing employees and they’ll still have weekly meetings to ask for progress on work.

      Work from home, 2 days in office.

      Cons

      Management is rude and insulting, management is elderly and about to retire, if you haven't done refrigeration work before they will make you feel bad about that. They will give you different projects unrelated to each other and expect you to figure out how their convoluted process works.
