      Pros

      Good pay, good bonus’. Company vehicle.

      Cons

      Good ol boys mentality. There was a lead there that was running off techs left and right due to his narcissistic behavior. He was sabotaging work performed by other employees.

      Polite and active company culture. They are making some effort to improve themselves

      Slow decisions by management. Hesitant to spend money, even on tools required to do the job. There is also a limited amount of job scope here
