A huge time waste in waiting for others not doing their job.

Cons

Toxic culture with bullying, ignoring and habits of blame. High staff turnover. The portray something else but in reality there is no room for high performer. Be prepared to be stressed, overworked and remain underpaid. If you are a technical person you will be better elsewhere as there is no support or career growth / development for you.
