      Great work culture, strong support from coworkers and manager as well as cross departmental teammates. Additionally the Pay is great, and there is a robust set of benefits

      Cons

      Structure is a bit lax when onboarding and that is mostly due to the rapid pace of growth for the company

      Pros

      Good people, many have been with company 40 plus years. They appreciate their talent, demand good workmanship, and invest in the front lines of the business.

      Cons

      It’s a big demand on work/life time and requires some good boundaries to prevent burnout. Old school thinking and too much good ol boy network culture. Not a lot of room for new talent to grow.
