      Leadership has an old school business mind set Old systems - from the 70’s & 80’s and multiple systems Lots of turnover Across from a nuclear dump Benefits and pay are not up to industry standards

      Great team members - personal team is engaged Excellent response to COVID and measures taken to ensure employee health and safety during the pandemic. I'm in the office and have never felt unsafe. Good benefits

      Difficult to break from "traditional manufacturing" thinking when it comes to working from home/working remotely but company is taking strides to improve flexibility.
