Pros

Awesome place to work. The IT staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They are willing to go out of their ways to show you how to do the work right. Constantly learning, teaching and sharing. They are professionals, and the working environment is great as well!

Personally speaking, there is no con.

Flexible schedule and good compensation pay.

Cons

They do observations in the classroom and don't share any of the results with the person being observed. An observation of a teacher is suppose to assist that instructor in improving their skills if necessary and at least commenting on the positives as well.
