Pros
Great individual contributors and nice perks (vacation bonus, education stipend, and paid cell phone). Great work/life balance.
Cons
Product: MVP (emphasis on the minimum) even though it has been around for years. Half the company spends time figuring out how to keep people out of it (CS does whatever the client wants because it makes no sense) while the other half talks about improving it without making any headway. They just let most of the team go (most of Product and all of QA) and are now talking about how much the product will improve. Sales: there isn't much to sell, so they did the right thing and cut most of the team. Sales leadership is completely unqualified (they have no sales experience). Now the most talented reps (hint to recruiters: all the sales people they kept are very good and will need jobs soon) are under people that no nothing about what they do. Operations: non-existant, which is why this place will never improve. Marketing: there's a lot of competant people on this team, but there are also some mean girls that prefer to tear people down rather than work together.
