Pros
The team I worked with was great a majority of the time, but in jobs like this one you will of course have to deal with people who do not do their job and hold the team back as well. A majority of my superviosors and managers were always helpful and were personable and worked with my student schedule.
Cons
Because of certain Hy'vee policies we would often have people no call no show which then would put us in a difficult place for the rest of the day, the upper management would make changes to systems that they were univolved in.
