Training was done by a teenage boy who was saying offensively nasty things about the women managers, and screaming, "Just fire me, already!" in the parking lot while he was supposed to be showing me how to gather carts. This kid literally put a plastic bag of groceries on top of a newborn baby in a carrier in the cart, and when I quickly stepped in to remove the bag from the baby and apologize to the rightfully-horrified mother, he yelled at me for "undermining his authority." When I asked for a new person to train me, I was told that I was overreacting and that I shouldn't be "tattling" on my coworkers. I ended up quitting after a week because the work environment was so toxic and unprofessional. Additionally, they offered no accommodations for my medical disabilities which included heat intolerance and episodes of low blood sugar. It was the peak of summer and they made me go gather carts in my polo and long black pants, then criticized me for sweating through my shirt and having to take a break because my blood sugar got dangerously low.

bosses don't know what everyone does so instead of learning and trusting they just ignore you until you quit. They don't like to have anyone disagree with them. Even if it is better for the company. They don't treat older workers very nice, give no promotions to long term employees but hire from outside first.
