Awful, Awful scheduling. It's a common problem with the whole company, apparently. They would never schedule me for the week if I took the past weekend off. I rarely took the weekends off, it was just mainly for required school stuff. I had all of my days open except Saturdays at one point and they still only scheduled me for Sunday 3-5 hours which is not worth it. Horrible communication. They thought I was a college student that left, and didn't bother to contact me to see if I still worked there or not. After I contacted them and explained that I didn't and gave them my days that I set up, they still did not schedule me. Frustrating trying to communicate with HR, who only seemed to be in for an hour or two before phone would be set to voicemail again.

Management treats every employee like a number not an asset. Has not been a helpful smile in every aisle for years. The tone from corporate sets the culture of each store, which is, to run a skeleton crew, demand unreasonable metrics, & cut hours and positions when these sweatshop workers cannot meet corporate’s expectations.
