Sad to see a great company falling apart

Pros

Was flexible, well paid, benefits options for part time employees, and fairly organized management structure.

Cons

Since leaving the store has cut 80% of full time employees to part-time, slashed benefits, overworked managers, cut hours down across the board, all while store managers are bringing in six figure salaries+bonuses. All of this was Pre Covid, so I imagine it has only gotten worse since then which is disappointing.
