Pros

Hy-vee had great understanding when it came to scheduling around school hours. They maintained their word that they would put studies first. They also paid fairly decently for a job that could have been mainly geared towards younger employees.

Cons

Speaking of the store that I worked at specifically, it was very micromanaged. Furthermore, I was never given the opportunity to pursue my ambitions to learn more from other departments. While I may have been needed in my department specifically, it surprised me that they allowed for absolutely ZERO growth in the company.
