Pros
Very flexible with hours especially for students and will work around your schedule. Usually have good assistant managers, but the upper management is hit or miss. Sometimes you'll find the hidden gem, but I would say 90% of the time they don't care for the part time employees.
Cons
No benefits for part timers at all. I mean unless you call a dollar off employee meals a benefit? On holidays it will usually be the part timers who work (because we don't get time and a half) while all the full timers get the holiday off. It's also mandatory to work holidays (They remove it from the time off schedule). A side note: Don't work Aisles online, from my experience it's the single most neglected department in the entire store. Yet its also one of the most busy departments getting upwards of 40 orders to do a day while only having 5 people to complete all of them for the entire day. The pay isn't worth the stress and customer complaints like bags not being perpendicular or something.
