Pros
The people there are great, very nice and friendly atmosphere ( depending on the location). I worked at two different stores and they were polar opposites. I would go back to my first store. I've never stepped foot into the other location that I worked at. They work really well with your schedule, especially if you are in school. A great job to make lasting friends and learn life skills.
Cons
The pay sucked. When I first started as part time, I was getting a little above state minimum. In two years my pay only jumped about 1 dollar even though I was one of the better workers. And the drama between coworkers could get out of hand very easily.
