Cons
The cons of working in the pharmacy at Hy-Vee right now are mostly that the corporate offices are trying to control things too extensively. They have taken over scheduling of pharmacists hours which has sent our pharmacists to a variety of other stores and has made consistency an issue and have taken away from the pharmacists functions at our own store. the purpose of developing the central fill station was to free up pharmacist time to provide other services, but by taking pharmacists away from our store and placing them at other locations, we are overrun and not able to provide these services. Then when brought up to corporate, they are not receptive to criticism at all.
