      Hy-Vee is a great flexible work opportunity for high school to college aged students or those who are looking for a part time position. There are several opportunities to move departments and work with various managers.

      Cons

      If you're not up for working with younger aged employees or working with demanding customers, this may not be the place for you. Otherwise, Hy-Vee is an easy going company that tends to treat it's employees well.

      Team environment. Customers. A lot of networking possibilities. You can start as a bagger and become CEO here.

      Cons

      Training and communication could be stronger. As with any low skill environment, you work with teenagers instead of adults. Poses challenges.
