Business Outlook
Pros
Great company overall with very strong corporate leadership that allows each store it's own autonomy. Can be rewarded handsomely if you work hard enough and stick around to make a "manager of" or director position.
Cons
The retail hours are obviously not ideal but that just comes along with the nature of the business. It takes an extended period of time and a lot of moving around to small, more than likely undesirable cities, to climb the ladder and progress your career.
