Pros
There are some great people that work there. As long as you have good assistant managers running the front things go smoothly. It is a lot like a family atmosphere once you've worked there and start to know peoples names.
Cons
Upper division management can be a little out of the loop sometimes since they are upstairs most of the day, so when they come down to ask you something, they might not take into consideration how busy you've been.
