      Pros

      Mind you this is completely store based, but the people are generally pretty awesome. Also, if you get a kick out of helping people, you will have lots of opportunities to do that. If you are willing to work hard, and show that you will do whats needed for the benefit of the store, you will be treated with a tremendous amount of respect. The bonus program (for full-timers) for our store roughly adds a dollar an hour to your pay according to a recent benefit statement.

      Cons

      Pay. Whether your full-time or part-time. When part-times got their hours reduced due to Obama Care, pay is an even bigger issue. Unless you have ambitions to climb the ranks to be a store director, or run your own department, you will be hard-pressed to see yourself making a career with this company. The part-time bonus program is also pretty weak. Proponents will say thats 35 bucks you didnt have before, but if someone came to me with a check for 35 dollars and told me to care more, I would be offended.

      -Performance reviews are kind of strange and often biased -Sometimes, the customers aren't always friendly -There are some people employed that really don't have any business with this company
