Pros

Very flexible hours and never a dull moment. Working in the bakery brings constant challenges that are nice to overcome with fellow employees.

Cons

The worst thing is when you aren't able to get out on time while closing. Also you will always come home smelling like bread.

Pros

Great Experience. You deal with many aspects of being your own business owner. It can be stressful, but if you are successful, you are left alone to do your work. Couldn't be better than that.

Cons

You rely on a lot of the vendors-they are the employees you can never fire; lots of theft to affect P&L; hard to find employees that take it seriously.
