Pros
Less corporate than working for a place like Walgreens - pharmacy is not open 24 hours, coworkers were easy to work with/for.
Cons
Less than stellar pay, no employee discount besides once quarterly 10% off, can not work over 30 hours because they do not want to give part timer's benefits. 25 cent raise every year - thought I was being way underpaid based on local discussions with competitors such as Walgreens - even though Walgreens is definitely worse to work for. Still very corporate as rules are handed down from the top to the store managers to the pharmacy managers that just make no logistical sense to the pharmacy so you can tell that they really have no clue about the overall operations.
