Pros
gas discount. that is the only good thing i feel towards hy-vee at this point. and i do like being able to buy the damaged items at a discounted price.
Cons
unless you're in management, or a friend of management, you are made to feel very small and insignificant. i have been embarrassed in front of customers for mistakes i've made, or for things that were not my fault. i've been reminded of the dress code while others wear what they please. among other things.while others are visiting at their friends registers i have been given cleaning jobs. our store is very cliquish. if you're not in the clique then you don't exist. and most members of management are part of the clique. i am being scheduled past what i put down for my availability.
