It's been several months since they let go of a dozen employees within the first 6 months of opening their office, but they have not yet provided the settlements they are owed. It's disheartening to see them allocate resources to support a manager who made derogatory comments about female employees while failing to meet the basic standards expected of a reputable company. Moreover, it's concerning that they seem to be terminating employees who speak out against these emotionally distressing behaviors. This situation is indeed distressing and troubling.
